Your First Visit

## A real conversation, not a rushed appointment.

We keep the day small on purpose, so your first visit has the time it deserves.

### Making an appointment

Call (305) 670-5100 and our team will find a time that suits your schedule. If you ever need to change a visit, we simply ask for twenty-four hours notice so we can offer the time to another patient.

### When you arrive

You will complete a short set of new patient forms, including a health history and your contact details, before meeting the clinical team. Arriving a few minutes early keeps the rest of your visit unhurried.

### Your first exam

Plan on about an hour. Your hygienist provides a thorough cleaning, then Dr. Yazback completes the exam and walks you through any recommendations. You will leave understanding your mouth and your options, not just a list of procedures.

### Your comfort

If dental visits make you anxious, tell us. We plan personalized comfort and pain management around you so treatment feels calm and in your control from start to finish.

Insurance & Payment

## Bespoke care, fully transparent.

We accept insurance, and we practice independently of insurance networks, which means no carrier dictates your treatment plan or limits the time we spend with you. We recommend only what genuinely serves you, and we are clear about cost before any work begins.

Most PPO plans reimburse our patients for care here. We are glad to provide the documentation you need and help you file for any benefit you are entitled to. For larger treatment plans, we will talk through financing so cost is never the reason you delay care that matters.

New patients can begin with a complete exam, professional cleaning, digital X-rays, and fluoride for $199. An emergency exam is $125.
