Quit smoking
Cigarette smoking is not only very harmful to your health, but it can also stain your teeth and damage them permanently. Moreover, it can be very difficult to remove them as they tend to get stuck in the openings and grooves of your enamel.
Given this, it might be best to quit smoking altogether. In addition to the health of your body, smoking cessation will prevent the risk of permanently damaged teeth and yellow teeth.

Oil pulling
Oil pulling is the term for washing the mouth with oil to remove dirt, bacteria, and debris. It is not a substitute for regular brushing or flossing, but some research suggests that washing the mouth with certain oils may help to whiten the teeth.
To try this method, rinse the mouth with oil for a minute after brushing, then spit it out.
Oils suitable for oil pulling include: coconut oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil…
Eat a diet rich in fruits and vegetables
Crispy fruits and vegetables are known to wipe plaque from your teeth while chewing. They are not a substitute for brushing your teeth, of course, but any remedy is a great remedy if it gives the expected results. In addition, fruits and vegetables are known to be very beneficial for your overall health, which is a benefit for you.
The two fruits that are claimed to whiten teeth are pineapple and strawberry. An enzyme called “bromelain” found in pineapple effectively removes stains and is useful in overall teeth whitening. Strawberries, on the other hand, contain malic acid, which is known to remove discoloration on your teeth and make them whiter.
